Beauty Therapist - Ella Baché Bowral

    An experienced and dedicated Beauty Therapist is required for our busy salon at Ella Baché Bowral.  You need to possess a work ethic that reflects a high level of personal presentation, customer service and professionalism with an ability to work in a team environment.

    A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with at least two years experience in the industry is essential. Known in the industry as the "Skincare Experts", we believe that successful skincare prescriptions come from our Beauty Therapists’ thorough knowledge and understanding of the skin. A strong knowledge in skin physiology and confidence in providing effective results and treatment programs is essential. You also need to have an ability to work with targets and have strong rebooking skills.

    Experience with Ella Baché products an advantage but not essential as extensive in-house training is provided along with regular team training from the NSW Team Trainer. Brazilian Waxing, Eyelash Extensions, Perming and Gel Nails also an advantage.
