Our client is a leading real estate brand in the Western Suburbs, looking for an experienced Property Manager for their chic office.  This is a company with the reputation, size and structure to support career development.  It is an exceptional opportunity which has arisen for a switched on and savvy individual looking to join their dynamic team.

They require the services of a Property manager to run their growing rent roll. This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to spice up their Real Estate career! Working in a team of eight, you would be required to do the following:

  • All aspects of Property Management
  • Managing a rent roll of 200 properties
  • Handling repairs and maintenance
  • Rent reviews
  • Open for inspections
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections

The successful candidate will have at least two years Property Management experience, a certificate of registration, own car and valid drivers license. You will be able to multitask, be highly organised and have excellent time management skills. You will have an understanding of REST and want a long term Property Management career.
