An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Social Worker. Located in the western suburbs of Sydney this role is perfect for an individual with a demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and experience in the area of disability.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Behaviour Management, Transition to Work, Flexible Respite, Respite Accommodation, Respite Programs, or Post School Programs. You will possess relevant qualifications in the disability field with a Certificate III or IV Diploma and a certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment. You must have excellent knowledge of Disability & WHS legislation; and a current manual LR NSW Drivers Licence & First Aid Certificate.
Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for the role, and you will have a positive attitude to change and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, learning and diversity.
