Customer Services / Corporate Sales in Customer Service & Call Centre Jobs

As an industry leader in Promotional Products, we work with some of the largest brands, corporate & government agencies today, adding value to their marketing efforts and campaigns.   Situated in Sydney CBD and we are seeking a proactive Customer Services/ Corporate Sales personne l, who is willing to accept a challenge, take the lead in problem solving, and demonstrate their inter-personal skills to work with our high value clients in a fast paced environment.

Successful applicant would have the opportunity to manage the entire sales process in a professional manner from start to finish. In addition there is the potential to participate in other aspects of our business from tendering through to marketing and product sourcing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be working with our experienced and professional team on the following:

- Take inbound calls and emails with confidence and accuracy from high calibre clients.
- Provide customer service to new and existing clients through product quotations. You will be responsible for the entire sales process through to invoicing.
- Internet website maintenance and blog writing.
- Support other team members on existing sales orders and office administration.

Skills & Experience:

We would love to hear from the candidate who possesses the following:

- Professional manners, first class communication skills, and superior problem solving abilities.
- Ability to think, talk and adapt to any conversation on the phone or email.
- Shows confidence in taking on calls and meeting high value customers.
- Experience and product knowledge of the promotional & print industry will be a great advantage. Training is provided.
- Have the ability to process many enquiries at once and co-ordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail coupled with timeliness.
- Understand and have a genuine sense of urgency
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
